"I ordered from Serax and ended up returning..."
I ordered from Serax and ended up returning one item because it just didn’t feel like what I had pictured when I saw it online. The return instructions were there, and I figured it out eventually, but my first instinct was that it wasn’t the most straightforward process.
Customer service did get back to me, though it took a couple of days, and the refund came through in the end. Nothing went seriously wrong, but I had that feeling the whole time that a few more updates and a quicker turnaround would have made it a lot less annoying

"Pretty easy to use, from what I remember"
I was on serax.com looking for some tableware, it was a smooth experience. I don’t remember every little step, but I do remember the site being easy to move around in. The pages loaded quickly, the filters actually made sense, and the photos were clear enough for me to pick out what I liked. Checkout was simple too, no random pop-ups or annoying extra steps that I can recall. I found what I needed in just a few minutes, so overall it felt like a nice, clean website.
"Vase color was a little different"
The vase is really nice overall, but for some reason the color looked a bit darker in person than it did on the website. I still like it and it works fine in my space, I just thought the photos would be a little more accurate.

I ordered from serax.com and it did go through fine in the end, but the checkout felt a bit slow and some steps weren’t super clear. Payment worked without any issues, so that was good. I’d still buy from them again, just kind of hoping the whole process feels smoother next time...
"Arrived damaged, but they fixed it fast"
My vase showed up cracked, which was frustrating at first. But I reached out to support and they got back to me the same day. They sent a replacement really quickly, so even though it wasn’t the best start, I’ve gotta say they handled it really well...

"Pretty nice quality"
I got a vase from serax and I’m happy with it. It feels heavy and well made, the finish is nice, and there weren’t any chips or flaws. Looks really good on the shelf.

"I was kind of in a rush..."
I was kind of in a rush when my Serax order arrived, so it was frustrating to notice one of the items was the wrong color. The rest of the order was fine, and customer service did get back to me and sort it out after a few days. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit annoying when you’re expecting everything to be right the first time.

I reached out when I needed help i had a feeling they’d get back to me quickly. Sure enough, they replied really fast and made things easy. I appreciated it.

The description was far off from what I actually received. I feel like I wasted my money, and I would’ve rather not taken the chance if I knew it wasn’t going to match what was advertised

"Really nice pieces, though I’m still deciding if they’re worth the price"
I ordered a few things from Serax the craftsmanship is really lovely. Everything feels sturdy and well made, and you can tell they paid attention to the little details. I did take off one star because the prices are definitely on the higher side. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, since the quality is there, but I did find myself wondering if I’d spent a little too much. Overall though, I’m happy with what I got.

As someone who always expects refunds to turn into a whole back-and-forth, I was surprised by how easy this was. The money came back really fast and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or deal with any hassle...

At first glance it’s simple, but reading between the lines, you can tell the materials are solid. It feels sturdy in hand, doesn’t come across as cheap, and overall feels like it was worth the money.

"I bought a vase from Serax mostly..."
I bought a vase from Serax mostly because the shape caught my eye, it’s not the same old thing I keep seeing everywhere. It looks really nice on the shelf, simple but still has a little something speical about it.
The quality feels solid too, no complants there. I’m giving it 4 stars just because the price felt a bit high for the size, but overall I’m happy with it.

"International order went smoothly"
I ordered from serax from another country and wasn’t totally sure how the shipping would go, but it ended up being a really smooth experience. The tracking worked well, and the package even arrived a little earlier than I expected. Everything was packed carefully too, with no damage at all. I was pleasantly surprised overall and would be happy to order again.
